Skoda Auto India has officially announced the launch of its much-anticipated performance sedan, the Octavia RS, in the Indian market. The car will be launched on 17 October 2025, and bookings started on 6 October 2025. Deliveries will commence from 6 November 2025. The car will be imported to India as a Completely Built Unit (CBU). The company has decided to bring it in a limited quantity – only 100 units will be sold in India, enhancing its exclusivity. The Skoda Octavia RS 2025 will be fully imported into India. Skoda India recently opened bookings for the new Octavia RS. Customers had to pay a token amount of ₹2.50 lakh to book the car. The ex-showroom price is expected to be around ₹50-55 lakh. The company will announce the official price on October 17. All 100 units allocated for India were booked quickly. Some sources suggest the price may range between ₹45-55 lakh, reflecting its high-performance capabilities, premium features, and limited availability.
